Payment

I accept all credit cards, payment is expected at the time of purchase.

If your payment will be delayed, please get in touch! If I don't receive payment and don't hear from you within 3 days, I will cancel the sale. 

Shipping

I use USPS First Class and Priority Mail for shipping. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the most current USPS rates and type of service selected.

Your item(s) will ship within 48 hours after payment clears, EXCLUDING made to order and custom items. All made to order item descriptions clearly state time frames for creating and shipping. Custom order time frames will be provided based on the design and prior to accepting the work. All custom orders require a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit prior to beginning the work. If you require another shipping method please contact me prior to purchase to make arrangements and so I can obtain actual shipping charges for you.

Items are shipped in a bubble mailer envelope. Each item is wrapped in tissue in an organza bag. This flat-packing method saves considerable shipping costs.

Packages shipped within the USA typically arrive within 3-7 days, however some locations can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. 

International Customers Please Note – I am shipping from Oregon, USA. Packages to the rest of the world may take up to 6 weeks to arrive – though most packages arrive within 2-3 weeks.

If your package does not turn up within the expected time frame, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation! However, please be aware that I don’t consider a parcel ‘lost’ in the post until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping, and I will not replace an item sooner than this. 

I cannot accept responsibility for any customs issues, costs, or refusals. If you are concerned about your country’s customs laws, please investigate before purchase. If a package comes back to me from customs in the original condition, I will of course refund your money. PLEASE NOTE: Customs slips are required for International orders and will be filled in truthfully. Any duty added by the country of destination is out of our control and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Sizing

Item sizes, including length, are provided in every product description. I make every effort to give any details needed to determine if an item will be the right fit/length, but if you have any questions or need additional information before purchasing please email me at kariasburyjewelry@gmail.com. 

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, I offer a full refund less any shipping charges. PLEASE NOTE: I cannot accept returns on custom orders. 

Prior to shipping your return please send an email to letschat@kariasbury.com to let me know you would like to make a return. Shipping items without emailing me may result in delays with processing your return. I strongly recommend that all returns have a tracking number. I am not responsible for any returns that go missing or lost on their way to me.  

All returns must be in original condition and must be postmarked within 14 days after you received the item. 

Refund for product(s) will be issued on receiving the item back in original condition. I cannot accept responsibility for repaying postage and handling charges.  

PLEASE NOTE: ALL earring returns will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. This fee covers my cost to change out ear wires. This is the only way I can ensure I am meeting Health and Safety Standards to any future customer who may purchase them. This is also the only way I can allow returns on earrings due to these same standards.

I make every effort to insure that your items arrive in good order, however, sometimes circumstances are beyond my control and a package arrives damaged. If this happens please contact me immediately to make arrangements to return the damaged package for replacement.
